Feng Shui On-Site Home Analysis |

This on-site home analysis class provides
a hands on opportunity for real estate professionals to put Feng
Shui knowledge into practice by focusing on an actual home in real
conditions. Class provides personal attention for 6-8 agents at
one agent's listing or home (with permission granted in advance).
The home will be analyzed from a Feng Shui perspective as to its
marketability and Feng Shui appeal.
Prerequisite: Agents must complete
one of the school's 3 or 5 hour Feng Shui courses which covers fundamental
Feng Shui concepts or have completed a clock-hour Feng Shui course
through another real estate school. Agents are encouraged to review
their previous class notes prior to attending.

Analyze the exterior
of a home and make Feng Shui recommendations to enhance its
value and marketability. |

Conduct an interior
analysis of a home including spatial layout, décor, and
furniture placement with recommendations to maximize the appeal
of each room in the home. |

Identify a prioritized action
plan for suggested implementation. |

This 6 hour class combines Feng Shui
Basics with the On-Site Home Analysis class. Two certificates will
be issuedone for each class. A lunch break is scheduled between
classes. Class provides personal attention for 8-12 agents at one
agent's listing or home (with permission granted in advance).
